Ohpen are on a mission to develop the best core banking engine in the world, however along with working hard to exceed expectations they also believe in rewarding their team. They delighted staff with a trip to AWS re:Invent in Las Vegas and wanted to show how such travel is a part of the way in which they keep their workforce inspired.
We combined pre-existing footage and images taken on employees’ mobile phones from their trip to Las Vegas with an upbeat voiceover and on-screen kinetic text to create a short, engaging and dynamic film. Thinking outside of the box, we created an unusual recruitment film which truly shows the people and the teamwork which is at the heart of the company.
