About the Centre for Effective Altruism

Effective altruism is a global philosophical movement using evidence and reason to find the best way to benefit others. The Centre for Effective Altruism helps to grow and maintain the effective altruism movement by running funds, hosting conferences, helping local organisations and sharing news and resources.

A Global Meeting of Doing Good

Every two years, the Centre for Effective Altruism brings together the effective altruism community from around the world at EA Global. We had the chance to create films for this international highlight of doing good, to celebrate the event, promote future conferences and inform those who could not attend.

The EA Global Conference 2018 at UCL, London saw 1000 attendees across 4 different spaces take part in presentations, discussions, workshops and networking sessions. With a focus on logistics and coordination of lighting, spaces and camera angles – our team designed the films to stand out from most conference videos and have that truly impactful look.
