About Code Club

Code Club is a nationwide network of volunteers and educators who run free coding clubs for children aged 9-11. These clubs are run after school in schools, libraries and youth centres. The volunteers help young people to complete Code Club projects to create games, animations and websites.

Our collaboration with Code Club

Chocolate Films has worked with Code Club since 2014, producing a series of learning resource films packed with information, made available to their network of volunteers and educators. The subjects matter of these films ranges from introducing Code Club and how it works, to how volunteers can get involved, to an insiders view of how different Code Clubs are run around the UK. Working with Code Club has taken us all around the country, from London to Cardiff, Coventry, Leeds and Liverpool!
