Citizens Advice provide the advice people need for the problems they face and improve the policies and practices that affect people’s lives. They provide free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to everyone on their rights and responsibilities.
Chocolate Films has been working with the organisation since January 2015, creating video content for both online viewers and internal films. The films are designed to assist greater understanding of the work Citizen’s Advice carry out as well as provide information to consumers across the country.
